Are you heart-broken? 

Do you want to move on?  

Do you find yourself still lingering in the past?

If it has been a while since your last relationship and you want to move on; this six session group is for you.

This group offers you a safe space where you can process your emotions, reexamine your relationship dynamics, and be supported. Through experiential techniques based on drama therapy you will explore how to learn from the past relationship and create new and better ways of relating with yourself and others.

Facilitators:

Michelle Chang is an MFT trainee supervised by Armand Volkas, RDT, MFT (MFC#28789) at Living Arts Counseling Center. She works with individuals, couples, and families. She majors in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Drama Therapy at the California Institute of Integral Studies and received her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She respects each client’s uniqueness and differences, and she supports clients by providing a nurturing environment that facilitates their growth.

Alethia Olmedo-Perlasca is an MFT Trainee at the Living Arts Counseling Center. She is studying for a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with emphasis in Drama Therapy at the California Institute of Integral Studies. She is a certified psychotherapist in Mexico City by the Centro Ericksoniano de Mexico. She has certifications in Existential Psychology and Human Development by the Universidad Iberoamericana Mexico, in Emotional Intelligence by the Claustro de Sor Juana University, and in Education Management by FORMO international. She is a certified coach by Coaching Ontológico de México. She is supervised by Armand Volkas MFT (MFC#28789).
