Welcome to a FREE Creative Arts Therapy Workshop presented by Living Arts Counseling Center.
Workshop will include… creative processes that involve
STORY-TELLING, SONGS, PHOTOGRAPHS, ART, THEATER and MOVEMENT.
—This is a safe and non-judgmental space to express and explore your feelings.
—Learn therapeutic tools to manage cross-cultural social anxiety.
—Allow growth and change, while still staying true to yourself.
